Refund Policy

At BMD College of Education, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training programs to our students. We understand that circumstances may arise where a student may need to cancel their enrollment or request a refund. This policy outlines our refund policy for our programs and services.

Cancellation Policy:
If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment in a program, they must notify us in writing as soon as possible. However, please note that no refunds will be issued for any fees paid for the program.
We follow a strict no-refund policy for our programs and services, which means that once a student enrolls in a program and pays the fees, the fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to all programs, including undergraduate and postgraduate courses, diploma courses, and other training programs offered by the college.
We understand that circumstances may arise where a student may not be able to attend the program for which they have enrolled, such as medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we are unable to offer refunds for any fees paid for the program.
In cases where a student has paid the fees for a program but is unable to attend, we may offer the option to transfer to a future program or defer enrollment to a later date, subject to availability and the college’s approval.

Refunds for Application Fees and Other Fees:
Please note that application fees and other non-refundable fees are also not eligible for refunds. These fees are paid to cover administrative costs associated with processing applications, reviewing documents, and conducting interviews, among other things. Application fees and other non-refundable fees are required to be paid at the time of application submission and are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the student is not accepted into the program.

Refunds for Canceled Programs:
If a program is canceled by the college due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be given the option to transfer to another program or receive a credit towards future courses. In such cases, we will provide students with as much notice as possible and work with them to find a suitable alternative program or option.

Refunds for Overpayments:
In cases where a student has overpaid their fees or has paid for a program that has been canceled, we will issue a refund for the excess amount paid. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written request from the student.
